We want to make you aware of an unexpected disruption impacting BrightArrow’s short code text messaging service. As a result, we moved everyone over to our 10-digit long code (424-2##-####) delivery option. Some customers may have experienced brief delivery issues earlier this morning, prior to the transition being completed.
Our team has identified the cause and is working closely with our partners to implement a resolution. Ensuring reliable message delivery remains our highest priority, and we will notify you as soon as full service is restored.
While this issue is being addressed, all text messages will be delivered via a 10-digit long code and are limited to 306 characters with no links.

Dear BrightArrow Partner,
Early this morning, our technical team was alerted to a network communication issue that caused a temporary disconnection from our communication infrastructure. While the underlying issue was minor, it unfortunately blocked connectivity for some customers. Our engineers immediately addressed the problem, resolved all connectivity issues, and our systems are now fully operational.
The network issue was quickly resolved, and our service is now fully functional. However, due to internet propagation delays, some users may still experience connectivity issues. If your connection hasn’t been restored yet, it should be back up within the next hour. We appreciate your understanding, as this timing is beyond our control.
We sincerely apologize for the brief service disruption this morning. While we always aim for 100% uptime, we fell short for a few hours today. We're taking steps to ensure this minor issue doesn't happen again in the future.
